Where the hours go
Most of a recruiter’s day is not the call. It is the update you owe a candidate after an interview, the chaser to a client who has gone quiet, and the note you meant to write after a call.
That writing is where AI helps most: it can draft those messages from what you already know, so you read them, change a word if you want, and send.
What to check before you use one
Does anything go out without you? A tool that emails candidates or clients by itself puts your name on words you never read.
Where do your candidates’ details go? Under UK GDPR you stay responsible for them. Ask whether they are used to train AI, and whether you can export or delete them.
Does it say when it could not do something? A tool that guesses and sounds sure is worse than one that tells you it does not know.
How Marsalis does it
Marsalis drafts the follow-ups you owe overnight. In the morning you read them and tap send. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Connect Outlook or Gmail and emails go from your own address.
You decide who goes in your contacts. Marsalis never uses them to train AI models, never shares them with another Marsalis account, and only contacts someone when you approve a specific email.
Your team only tells you what it actually did. When it can’t find something, it says so.
What it does not do yet
Marsalis can’t hear a phone call or read WhatsApp.
Property portals, an ATS, estate CRM, LinkedIn publishing and Google Drive are not connected yet.
